[Video] History of Portugal in 7 Minutes

August 6, 2014 / Mark Pereira / Portugal, Videos / 2 Comments

A while back I wrote a post called “The History of Portugal in less than 1000 words”. Today I found that somebody did the same thing in video form. Here it is, for your viewing pleasure.

Make sure to send us your questions about Portugal and the ministry here. We love to hear from you.

Our Vision & Goals

Portugal has a great need for evangelizing, bible-teaching churches. According to the latest statistics, 9 out of 10 people claim to be Roman Catholic, with no hope of salvation. For a population of 11 million people, Portugal has less than 1% born-again Christian believers. With several students taking our Bible Institute classes, a new church plant already going, and one of our established churches about to reproduce themselves, we believe we are in a unique situation to spearhead a new wave of church planting that will reach the many cities in Portugal that have never had a Gospel preaching church.
